What we keep, why, and how to make us stop.

What we keep
Your name, email and password (stored hashed, never in readable form). The trips you create or join, what you put to the vote, how you voted, and what you wrote in the group.
Payment records: how much, when, and the reference from the payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't build a profile of you to resell.
Providers only receive what a booking needs — usually a name and the dates.
Who sees your trips
A trip is private to its group by default. Nothing appears on your profile unless you choose to publish it.
When someone publishes a trip you were on, you are asked separately whether you want to appear in it. You can say no, appear without your name, or say yes. Nobody is tagged automatically.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we act within 30 days.
Deleting your account removes your personal data. Messages you wrote in a group stay, shown as from a deleted account, so the conversation still makes sense to the others.
