What we are
We are a platform for planning and booking trips together. You browse stays, things to do and places to eat, put them to your group's vote, and pay your own share.
For each service you book, the contract is between you and the provider of that service. We show you the options, handle the booking flow, and take a service fee that is always included in the total you see before paying.
Your account
You need an account to create a trip, join a group, vote or pay. Keep your password to yourself; anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
You can delete your account at any time by writing to us. Trips you organised stay visible to the people in them unless they delete them too.
Prices and payment
The price you see is the total, with our service fee already in it. We never add anything at the final step.
When a group locks a price, everyone has a fixed window to pay their share. If someone doesn't pay, the organiser can remove them and the price is recalculated for the rest. Nothing is booked until everyone has paid.
Cancellation and refund terms belong to each provider and are shown before you pay. We pass on whatever the provider grants.
What you agree not to do
Don't use the platform to break the law, harass other people, or misrepresent who you are. Don't try to scrape, overload or break the service.
Reviews and messages must be about real experiences. Fake reviews get removed and the account with them.
Where we stand if something goes wrong
We are responsible for the platform working as described. We are not the provider of the stay, the tour or the car, and we don't control what they do.
If a provider fails you, tell us. We will help you get it sorted and pursue it on your behalf where we can.
